1. Returns

We accept return requests made within 30 days from the delivery date.

To qualify to return your order:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition.

The item’s original packaging must be unused.

The order confirmation or receipt must be provided.

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

Returns for the following items are prohibited for hygiene and safety reasons:

Opened plush toys or comfort items (packaging seal open)

Personalized or custom-made items

Gift cards

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order is delivered and there are issues please contact us, no later than 7 days from the day of delivery. If your order was delivered and there is anything damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us at ……… and be sure to include the following information:

Your order number

Photos of the item and packaging where the item can be seen

We will replace the item or give you a full refund at our cost.

  1. Refunds

You will be notified of the approval status of the return when the item arrives and is inspected.

If the return is approved:

The refund will be sent to your original payment method.

Be sure to check the refund after 5 to 10 business days as your bank or card provider may delay the refund.

Return shipping costs cannot be refunded unless the return was due to our mistake.

We only consider item exchanges for defects and damages.

For exchanges, email support@crybabytoy.com with the order number and information.

  1. Return Shipping

If the item is not defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend a return shipping method with tracking. CryBabyToy.com will not be liable for lost returns.
